Title: Building Communities Through the Arts Post by Forum Admin on Jan 8th, 2009, 2:14pm Last JuneI was honored to be invited as part of the Building Communities Through the Arts conference taking place in South Boston, VA. I did a brief presentation on DISIS and the Intelligent Space project that was at the time nearing completion of the phase I. I also had a great opportunity to meet a lot of prominent scholars and administrators who have put great stress on the Arts as the vehicle to reinvigorate regional economies.
