After four months since my move, the message board has been finally moved and debugged (installation, permissions, owners, and then some more permissions). All aspects/functionality should be available immediately, but posting remains available as a members-only feature. FWIW, registering should not take too much time and it should definitely not generate any spam whatsoever (unless you make your user name = your e-mail, in which case good luck with all that ).
