It's been a while since I've updated the board. My apologies for the lack of updates as well as for the junk that has accumulated on the boards due to lack of proper admin monitoring.
 
I do, however, have a decent excuse. This past fall I have been working on finishing my doctoral degree at the College-Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati. Having graduated in early December (Yay! ), I immediately began preparations for a major move. Starting January 2006, I moved to Virginia in order to assume a tenure-track position at the Virginia Tech in the department of music and the newly established CCTAD (a.k.a. Cybearts) program. Needless to mention that my new place is still a mess full of boxes and junk, but things are slowly getting better .
 
Since this past summer there have been a number of performances which I have failed to log properly. I will try to do so asap.
 
You may have also noticed that the anonymous posting has been disabled due to abuse by some hacker-wannabes. It is sad that one rotten apple has to spoil the fun for all. Considering that there were over 100 malicious posts, instead of manually deleting all of them, I simply resorted to rolling back the board to the most recent backup I could dig out from the mess I currently refer to as my "home office." As a result, I may have lost a relevant post or two, and for that I do sincerely apologize. This also means that from now on if you wish to post a message, you will have to register. The good news is that several board bugs have been squashed which has made the board a lot more responsive, so the registration should not take more than a couple of seconds. FWIW, the list of current members has not been affected by the aforesaid roll-back.
