Tonmeistertagung keynote
Jan 9th, 2009, 11:31pm

Last fall I was invited to give a keynote as the director of Linuxaudio.org consortium at the 25th Tonmeistertagung expo in Leipzig, Germany. The expo was tremendously fun and I had an opportunity to catch-up with old friends (hello Sebastian, Joern, Paul, Burkhard!), as well as meet new ones. The keynote was a lot of fun as I had intentionally tried to make it different than usual, in part as I am not the greatest fan of the Powerpoint format, so I settled for a single slide presentation to satisfy cravings of those who cannot listen without having eye-candy. Grin Special thanks go to Sebastian for organizing all this--it's been a real blast!

All in all, it's been a rather busy fall with unusual amounts of travel that really got me exhausted. Looking forward to a hopefully more relaxed spring semester...
